Off-site meetings exist precisely because the subject matter is sensitive — the merger, the negotiation, the crisis. Yet the moment you convene in a hotel or hired venue, you surrender control of the room. Staff, prior occupants and anyone who booked the space before you have all had access. An adversary who cannot enter your office simply reserves the conference room next door.
Off-site sweeps apply the same methodology as a full corporate sweep to a location you do not own, on the day you need it clean.
Pre-meeting sweep protocol
We sweep the venue before your principals arrive. The room and its adjoining spaces are RF-mapped and physically inspected — walls, fixtures, furniture, wiring, outlets, audio-visual equipment and connectivity. Anything capable of capturing or transmitting the conversation is identified and neutralized before the first item on the agenda.
Adjacencies matter as much as the room itself. A device does not need to be inside your meeting to hear it; a neighbouring suite, a shared wall or the venue’s own conferencing equipment can carry the audio just as effectively. We account for the space around the meeting, not only the space you booked.
Live meeting monitoring
A sweep clears a room at a point in time; a live meeting extends over hours in a space others can still approach. For high-stakes sessions we provide in-conference monitoring, watching the RF environment continuously while the meeting is under way so that a device introduced mid-session does not go unnoticed.
Executive travel
Threat does not pause between the airport and the boardroom. We support executive travel by clearing hotel suites, temporary workspaces and meeting rooms along the itinerary, so principals can work and confer on the road inside an environment we have verified rather than one they simply hope is safe.
Travel compresses the usual protections into a single unfamiliar room, often booked at short notice under a name that is easy to anticipate. Clearing that room ahead of arrival removes the one variable a travelling executive cannot control — and does it quietly, so the itinerary proceeds without the delay or the attention.
