Privacy Policy
Last updated 1 July 2026.
This policy explains what information Forensic TSCM collects through this website, why we collect it, and how it is handled. We keep this deliberately short: we collect very little, and we do not sell or share it.
Information we collect
When you submit our contact or assessment intake form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, organization and the message or context you share about your enquiry. We do not collect this information through any other means on the site.
How we use it
Submitted information is used solely to respond to your enquiry — to understand what you need, follow up, and, where relevant, schedule a confidential consultation or sweep. We do not use it for marketing you have not asked for, and we do not sell, rent or otherwise disclose it to third parties. Given the nature of our work, enquiries are treated as confidential by default.
Storage and security
Form submissions are stored in an access-controlled database with encryption in transit, and are retained only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and meet any professional or legal record-keeping obligation. Access is limited to the personnel who need it to respond to you.
Deletion requests
You can ask us to delete the information you submitted at any time. Email info@forensictscm.com with your request and we will confirm once it has been actioned.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. We set no cookies beyond what is strictly necessary for the site to function. No profile of your browsing is built or sold.
Downloads
Guides and checklists available from our Resources page are provided as direct downloads. We do not gate them behind an email address, and downloading one does not add you to any mailing list.
